Elizabeth Tower Seen through the Window of St.Stephen’s,Tavern, Westminster, London.

Originally built in 1873, St.Stephen’s Tavern is the closest pub to Elizabeth Tower (aka Big Ben). Situated opposite the Houses of Parliament and right next to Westminster tube station, this gloriously restored Victorian pub, was once frequented by Sir Winston Churchill and Stanley Baldwin (prime minister three times between 1923 and 1937) and continues to offer a pleasant respite for politicians and the weary sightseer.
